Military generating set

We just finished 18 generating sets in two versions for operation in harsh conditions. Generating set LDEM 16 LP and LDEM 25 L are specifically developed for the military market. Tested and ready for operation at altitudes up to 3000m in the temperature range of -32 ° C to +52 ° C. They are painted with special paint after the military standard that provides no light reflectance. Generating sets are also additional noise insulated to reach 62 dBA at a distance of 7m and emit low thermal radiation. Generating sets are made after the MIL standard.

Gen set LDE 2530 MTU

We have completed the production of the first of a series of three generating sets for the Italian post. LDE Stubelj Elektroagregat type produces MTU 2530 kVA 2530 (2024 kW) of electricity at maximum power and spare power supply for post offices in Turin (I). It consists of a turbo diesel engines MTU 16V 4000 G63 (16 cylinders - V layout, working volume 65 liters) and Marelli alternator MJB 500 LA4. Inserted in the container housing 12 meters. Elektroagregat is equipped with an automatic cabinet Command to run automatically at power failure. The brake control cabinet are two separate electrical circuit. V container housing are set to reduce noise scenery noise machine and 1000 l tank equipped with automatics for pumping fuel from the tank daily. Elektroagregat emission is optimized. Testing for the army

In cooperation with SIQ (Slovenian Institute of Quality and Metrology), we have just completed field testing of our generating set for military purposes under MIL standards.
The aim was to demonstrate that our genset are suitable for operation in the toughest conditions and thus worthy of trust of military institutions.
We tested genset model LDEM 12 LP (12 kVA continuous output).

Biodiesel plant

Company Stubelj d.o.o. has moved a step further in the development and manufacture of energy facilities. We participated in the production of biodiesel plants, which use renewable energy sources produce electricity and heat. We have designed and manufactured drive train, powered by biodiesel. The driveline consists of a motor-generator works, which produces electricity and heat (CHP) and a control switch for the control of the machine and to transmit electricity to the grid. Drive train capable of producing 950 kW electric energy and 950 kW heat energy. The complete set, which the company Stubelj d.o.o. design and implemented for a biodiesel plant is our own knowledge and production. This is to certify that we are a leader in developing and manufacturing various kinds of generating set and other power plants in Slovenia. This is another step beyond that achieved by the company Stubelj d.o.o. cooperation to increase the production of alternative / renewable energy sources in an integrated set of energy production in Slovenia.

All our customers proudly present our complete offer of the top exhaust systems Baumot. Baumot exhaust systems are suitable for all types of diesel engines. Their advantage is the effective reduction of harmful emissions of diesel engines in the atmosphere. They are especially effective in reducing emissions of solid particles.

Training for Volvo engines

Our technicians have attended the training for the diagnostic of Volvo engines. On this training our technician acquired knowledge about different engine management systems (EDC4, EDC II, EMS2); additionally they upgraded the information about diagnostic and parameterization tool VODIA. The training was substantiated by practical operation on running engine with VODIA.
