Powder coating

Powder coating is an environmental-friendly technology, which lowers the risk to the environment and workers substantially. It is used especially for the aesthetic completion and protection of objects intended for the outdoor and indoor use, industrial use, doors, fences, etc.

Preliminary treatment of the work piece, which is done with the process of phosphatising, degreasing and chromatization (depending on the need), before the actual application of the powder coat, is very important. This procedure is followed by painting in the cabin with automatic spraying guns and additional manual retouching (if needed). The painting process is finished in the oven with the temperature control. The maximum dimension of the work pieces, which can be powder coated is 6000 x 2000 x 800 mm.

The feature of the powder coats can be seen in their excellent mechanic characteristics and good resistance to external (UV rays) and chemical influences.

All products are 100 % checked with special tests of adhesion and paint film thickness before the actual consignment.
