Volvo Engines
Diesel engines, 4-stroke, direct injection, charging through the turbine and / or intercooled, suitable for continuous operation or standby operation.
Benefits of Volvo engines are reliability, power and economy. Well-balanced engines to ensure a smooth operation without vibration and low noise level. To maintain a controlled temperature in the cylinders and combustion chambers the engine is equipped with piston cooling. It is also equipped with replaceable cylinder linings and valve seats to provide maximum durability and extended engine life. High fuel injection technology and filling with small internal losses contributes to excellent combustion and low fuel consumption, allowing low emissions, to ease of use of the engine contribute also easy accessible services and maintenance.
Alternators
the alternators are synchronous, three-phase, brushless, self-regulated, self-excited, self-ventilated and 4 pole. insulation class h (temperature rise according to class f or b on request). tropical impregnation for salty-humid environment is possible on request. automatic voltage regulation. protection class ip21 or ip23 (other class on request).
Base Frame
steel construction - monobloc. anti-vibration mounting to eliminate the vibration. powder coated with primer and cover color. the base frame is designed to enable simple lifting and moving the generating set.
Fuel Tank
the fuel tank is mounted on the inside of the base frame. under the fuel tank, a collecting vessel is mounted, which prevents outpouring of any liquid from the generating set into the environment. equiped with all necessary connectors and sensors. standard autonomy of the tank is 8-10 hours at 75% load. additional freestanding double wall tanks and automation for pumping fuel on demand.
Control Panels
manual – includes a manual control unit (push button / key start type), main circuit breaker, differential protection and all auxiliary controls and alarms.
automatic – includes an automatic control unit that starts the genset in case of mains failure (it can be started manually too), main circuit breaker, differential protection and all auxiliary controls and alarms, button for emergency stop, changeover genset / mains (ats) on request.
synchronization – automatic control cabinet for synchronization more generating sets and / or main electricity network and parallel operation. additional and special control and switching cabinets for genset on demand.
Standard housing
Standard sound insulated housing, suitable for outdoor and indoor application. It is equipped with four doors with locks for easy maintenance and servicing of the genset. Fixed louvers at the entrance and exit for engine cooling, exterior or interior point for fi lling the fuel tank. All housings are powder coated with primer and cover color (standard color RAL 7035, other colors on request). Standard noise level is 72 ± 3 dB at a distance of 7 m (lower noise levels on request). housing on request.

Container housing
Container housing for bigger genset, low noise levels and the specific working conditions of generating sets. Container housing standard lengths of 20‘ (6 m) and 40’ (12 m). Fixed louvers at the entrance and exit for engine cooling, exterior or interior point for fi lling the fuel tank. Container housings are painted with primer and cover color. Suitable for outdoor and indoor installation. Possibility of special container housing on request.

Noise absorber
For noise reduction we can mount silencer in the housing and / or in the air duct. Silencers are made of fi reproof materials. According to the needs of the noise level our engineers calculate and adjust the size and number of dampers for the genset.
Transport trailer
Trailers for non-road transport
Trailers, ready for non-road transport. Transport on construction sites, industrial zones ... One or two axle version, the tandem version. Transport speed max. 40 km / h.
Trailers for road transport
Certified and approved trailers for road transport. Singleaxle, twin-axle, tandem trailer. BPW / SAF-axle, air suspension, towing eye, spare wheel holder with a spare wheel, electric installation according to standards EG, ABS brakes, side lateral protection, height-adjustable towing ore, common earth point and all the equipment necessary under road traffic regulations.

Manual cotrol cabinet KO-R MRS
Manual control cabinet can be mounted on genset or delivered separately. It includes the entire control and management of the engine and generator, and remote start of the genset. By pressing a button (key) genset starts and stops (also from a remote location). Genset can also start and stop by signals to be obtained from the outside (remote start).
It consists of a metal electrical cabinet, manual control panel of the genset SMC10, the generator protection circuit breaker, emergency stop key and fuses. The cabinet is ready to connect the power cable for consumers on a copper strip or staples.

Automatic control cabinet KO-A AMF
Automatic control cabinet can be mounted on genset or delivered separately. It includes the entire control and management of the engine and generator, and remote start of the genset. It allows the automatic start of the genset at main power network failure and stop on its return. Automatic control cabinet can operate in the following modes: AUTO / MANUAL / TEST / OFF. Genset management is provided by the keys with mechanical feedback and a large graphic display. Management and control can be run also through remote computer (PC). It is possible to connect generating sets in the network.
It consists of a metal electrical cabinet, automatic control panell of the genset SAC35, the generator safety switch, emergency stop key and fuses. The cabinet is ready to connect the cable of the consumers on a copper strip or staples.

Paralel synchonization control cabinet KO-P AMF
Automatic sync control cabinet can be mounted on genset or separately. It includes the entire control and management of the engine and generator, and remote start of the genset. It enables the automatic start of the genset when main power network fails and stops on its return. It also enables synchronization of network and genset and parallel operation of the genset and main electric network. The parallel synchronization control cabinet can also cover electrical spikes. In case that the designated facility needs additional electricity, genset in parallel operation can add this deficit to the main electrical grid. Genset can also cover a specific part of the power so that is no need to be collected from the main electricity network and pay credits at a higher rate. Genset performs uninterrupted switching between the network and genset. It is also possible for uninterrupted test of the genset at full or partial load. Genset management is possible by keys with mechanical feedback and a large graphical display. Management and control can be run also through remote computer (PC). It is possible to connect generating sets in the network.
It consists of a metal electrical cabinet, parallel control panel of the genset Stubelj SPC50, the generator safety switch, battery charger emergency stop key and fuses. The cabinet is ready to connect the cable to consumers on a copper strip or staples.

- 4 analog inputs Ω/0-20 mA/0-100 0-250 mV, 8 digital inputs, 8 binary outputs, 1 analogue output,

- Ethernet / Internet communication supports control of multiple generating sets over the Internet, an active e-mail on error on genset, internet function call / callback.
- Direct or modem control of multiple generating sets RS232 / RS485 / ModeBus support for direct connection, analog / GSM / ISDN modem support, call-back feature on your modem.
- Software for PC or PC SCADA.
- Software for PC for long-term monitoring of events multiple generating sets.
