General requirements

By registering on the webpage www.stubelj.si, the user agrees that the company Stubelj d.o.o., Anhovo 14, 5210 Deskle, as the operator of a personal data filing system, may use and process the submitted data in accordance with the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act and the purpose, determined hereinafter.

The service provider will gain, keep or otherwise process the data obtained from the users of the website stublej.si for the following purposes:

• Managing of the registered users' database,
• Administration of the website (enabling of contents viewing according to the user's status,  communication with the users in case of technical questions or questions regarding the contents, etc.),
• Statistical surveys (total number of users, number of new users given a specific time unit, etc.),
• Notification of all new contents and other novelties on the website via e-mail, by which such notification, in any time period of three (3) consecutive calendar months, shall not surpass the average frequency of one (1) message a month.
• Occasional notification by e-mail regarding the news, interesting facts and events from the fields covered by the website, by which such notification, in any time period of three (3) consecutive calendar     months, shall not surpass the average frequency of one (1) message a month.
• Occasional notification by e-mail regarding a certain offer, benefits, special offers, promotions, special offers and other activities of the website's business partners, whether for commercial or non-commercial contents, by which such notification, in any time period of three (3) consecutive calendar months, shall not surpass the average frequency of one (1) message a month.

In the event of sending messages from the previous paragraph, the data operator shall enable cancellation of user’s subscription in a simple manner.
